For direct reservations, a minimum 50% down payment of the total booking amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the check-in date, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Full payment may also be made when the reservation is confirmed.

In general, check-in starts at approximately 2:00–3:00 PM, while check-out is generally between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
The applicable check-in and check-out times will be confirmed according to the villa reserved.
Guests are expected to follow the confirmed check-in and check-out times.
Early check-in and late check-out may be requested in advance and are subject to villa availability and the applicable property policy.
A request is not considered approved until confirmation has been provided by our team.
